Looks like you don’t want your own shop to be promoted.

I checked the Dino rakhi at Amazon which is sold from you. It was out of stock on Amazon.So we googled your brand and found that it is available at your own online shop at around 1000/-. We placed the order and paid 1000/-.Next day same rakhi from your brand was available on Amazon at around 750/-.

Generally this goes other way around. At owners store the item was cheaper than on Amazon because of the commission that Amazon charges.

This incident will discourage customer to buy items from your own personal site and will trust Amazon to buy the same item next time.

Eventually reducing the direct profit that you can get.
